Trojan Construction Holding and Orascom Construction PLC signed an agreement to form Everwater for Treatment Systems, a 50:50 JV headquartered in Abu Dhabi providing EPC and O&M services for large-scale water, wastewater and desalination infrastructure across the Middle East and Africa; combined portfolio cited at 17M+ m3/day capacity, with the JV reportedly in final negotiations for a 300,000 m3/day desalination plant.
