Khansaheb Group acquired industrial pipe manufacturer ANABEEB from EMSTEEL Group. ANABEEB becomes a new Khansaheb subsidiary operating the region's largest CC-GRP pipe production facility (planned capacity 33,000 metric tonnes/year across four production lines), also making PVC-U and LD-PE pipes and multi-wall paper sacks, expanding Khansaheb's infrastructure capabilities in water, wastewater and industrial networks across the UAE and GCC. Khansaheb Civil Engineering delivered Phase One of the US$2.72 billion Dubai Exhibition Centre expansion at Expo City Dubai for Dubai World Trade Centre Authority, growing exhibition capacity from 58,000sqm to 140,000sqm (North Hall 30,000sqm, South Hall 34,000sqm) plus supporting infrastructure. Building Completion Certificate obtained January 15, 2026, delivered with zero lost-time injuries across 12.5m+ manhours and a peak workforce of 5,200.
