Dubizzle Group announced intention to list on the Dubai Financial Market (30.34% share float, subscription window Oct 23-29, 2025, planned listing Nov 6, 2025). Prosus N.V. (via OLX B.V.), the group's largest shareholder, committed $100 million to the offering. 2024 revenue was reported at $183M (75% growth over 3 years from $104M in 2022); H1 2025 earnings $117M; 18M monthly active users.
