Gas Sales Agreements for Chemchemal Field to Supply 142 MMscf/d
Crescent Petroleum, Dana Gas and Pearl Petroleum consortium partners signed 10-year Gas Sales Agreements with cement producers (Mass Cement, Bazian Cement, Delta Cement, Gasin Cement, Sulaimani Cement) in Bazian and a steel producer (Van Steel) in Erbil to supply up to 142 MMscf/d from the Chemchemal field starting H2 2027; partners committed US$160 million to drill three wells and build an extended well test facility.

Khor Mor Gas Supply Commences to Iraqi Ministry of Electricity
Dana Gas and Crescent Petroleum began supplying 100 MMscf/d of gas from the Khor Mor field to Iraq's Ministry of Electricity for the Kirkuk Taza power station under a one-year agreement signed in December 2025; the move was subsequently disputed by the Kurdistan Regional Government, which accused the companies of acting outside the contractual framework, a claim the companies denied.
