ASGC exits Costain Group stake via £38m share placing
ASGC (via ASGC Construction) sold its entire c.15% (14.97%) shareholding in UK-listed infrastructure firm Costain Group plc — 41.66 million shares at 91p each — to institutional investors for gross proceeds of approximately £37.9m ($38m), fully exiting a position first acquired for £25m in May 2020 as Costain's principal investor during a £100m capital raise.

ASGC won multiple new construction contracts worth approximately AED 2.8 billion, including The Grove mixed-use development at Saadiyat Island and Al Gurm Phase II infrastructure (both for Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi), and Murooj Al Furjan (for Nakheel) and The H Residence (for ARM Holding) in Dubai.

ASGC wins RTA contract to build the Union Museum (Etihad Museum) in Dubai
ASGC was awarded an AED 488 million (approx. USD 132.8m) contract by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to build the Union Museum, an 8-section museum chronicling UAE history adjacent to Union House, inaugurated December 2016.
