ADQ completes acquisition of majority stake in Aramex
Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund ADQ (via subsidiary Q Logistics Holding, alongside its existing AD Ports Group stake) completed a tender offer for Aramex shares at AED 3.00 per share, first announced January 2025, crossing majority ownership (58%) by March 2025 and completing following regulatory approval by July 22, 2025. Combined ADQ/AD Ports holding reached roughly 63%, valuing the deal at approximately AED 4.39 billion (~$1.2 billion).
