ADNOC awards $744 million EPC contract to NPCC for Belbazem Offshore Block full field development
Al Yasat Petroleum's operator ADNOC awarded National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) a $744 million (AED 2.73 billion) EPC contract to develop the Belbazem, Umm Al Salsal and Umm Al Dholou fields (Belbazem Block), targeting 45,000 bpd of light crude and 27 mmscfd of associated gas, 120km northwest of Abu Dhabi.

NPCC and Petrofac awarded Belbazem Block FEED contract
National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) and joint-venture partner Petrofac were selected by Al Yasat Petroleum to prepare a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) package and EPCI proposal for the Belbazem, Umm Al Salsal, Umm Al Dholou and Bu Haseer fields; the FEED competition later cut tender time by ~12 months and saved roughly $190 million in capex.

ADNOC/Al Yasat awards Bu Haseer offshore field full development EPC contract to NPCC
NPCC was awarded an EPC contract for the full field development of the Bu Haseer offshore field, aiming to raise production capacity from 8,000 to 16,000 bpd by 2020, with over half the contract value returned to Abu Dhabi's economy via ADNOC's In-Country Value program.

ABL Group was appointed by Al Yasat Petroleum to provide marine warranty survey services for the Belbazem Block development, covering loadout, transportation and installation of offshore facilities, wellhead towers, a 60km subsea pipeline/cable route to Zirku Island, and related onshore tie-in works.
