Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is one of the UAE's largest banks, offering retail, business/corporate, investment and Islamic banking (via subsidiary Al Hilal Bank) across the UAE and Egypt. Formed in its current shape by the January 2019 three-way merger of ADCB, Union National Bank and Al Hilal Bank, it is majority-owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi through the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). It is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX: ADCB) and reported record FY2025 results with total assets of AED 774 billion and net profit of AED 11.44 billion.
